No fees, no exclusivity, no change to how you host. Here is the whole process, step by step.
1 · Register your property
Tell us about your home: location, type, bedrooms, and how your calendar is managed today. If you already list on Airbnb, Booking.com or similar platforms, you keep those listings exactly as they are.
Our team reviews the property and prepares an occupancy and revenue projection for you. There is no fee and no obligation at any point.
2 · Go live in the global network
We introduce your property to our network of 150+ international travel agencies, each selling to its own market. Your availability is synchronized through iCal or manual notifications, so only open days are ever offered.
You define the net nightly rate. Reservations are created on that basis, so your earnings are known before a guest is confirmed.
3 · Receive reservations
Incoming reservations arrive for you to confirm. Guests are identity-verified by the agencies, with security deposits collected before the stay and agency guarantees in place.
Your payment is transferred directly to your bank account on check-in day or, by agreement, before the stay.
