What we collect
When you request a revenue analysis or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the location and type of your property, the number of bedrooms and, optionally, a link to an existing listing. We also record a hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address and your browser type for fraud prevention, and the consents you gave, with their date and wording version.
Legal basis and consent
We process your details on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the form: consent to process your data to prepare your projection, and a separate consent to contact you by phone, SMS or email about your request. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in. You can withdraw any consent at any time by emailing hello@rezolini.com; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
How we use it
We use your details to review your property, prepare your projection and contact you about it. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and security services
This site sets strictly necessary cookies and, unless you turn analytics off, Google Analytics cookies; see the Cookie Policy. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser to tell people from bots. TODO legal review: list of processors and transfer mechanism.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards. TODO legal review: define the retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to restrict or object to its processing, at any time by emailing hello@rezolini.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
